This
Saturday, 30th November, from 2 pm to 5 pm, at CLIK Gallery (5 bd Gambetta)
there will be guided tours in English of the photography exhibition
Transitions.
Suzanne Porter will be
sharing the stories behind her photographs of the Running of the Bulls ceremony
in Ethiopia’s Hamar tribe—an ancient and symbolic rite of passage into
adulthood.
You can also see the work of three other photographers:
Fabrizio Viglione, who captures the transformation of the same landscape in Norway under the changing light from day to night.
Jean-Baptiste Bornier, photojournalist for the
Dauphiné Libéré who documents the changes experienced by farmers in France,
reflecting the transformations in rural life.
Caroline Lebrun, with a powerful series of
self-portraits exploring trauma, control, and mental and physical confinement.
If you love photography or just want to experience something a little different this weekend, why not pay a visit?
